Dear Colleagues, Partners, and Friends of Ara,
On behalf of the Board, I want to share that Graham England, CEO, has chosen to retire six months earlier than originally planned, bringing to a close nearly twenty years of dedicated service to Ara.
Graham has been a constant source of leadership, compassion, and purpose. His work has touched the lives of tens of thousands of people delivering meaningful and lasting change, and his influence on Ara’s culture and direction has been profound. We have been fortunate to have his guidance and his heart for so long.
The Board extends its sincere thanks to Graham for his professionalism, his strategic insight, and his steadfast commitment to Ara’s mission. His contribution has been significant and enduring. We
express our deepest appreciation for Graham’s dedication and the legacy he leaves behind. We will miss him greatly, but we celebrate with him as he steps into a well-earned retirement.
