Pathway 4 is a comprehensive support service designed to assist individuals experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness due to drug or alcohol misuse, helping to find stable housing to build recovery. Our dedicated team of professionals provide personalised assistance and guidance throughout the process, ensuring that each person’s unique needs are met. From initial assessment, supported housing to accessing independent living in suitable accommodation, we are committed to provide hope for individuals to help them regain stability and better lives.
Preparation Intake
The highest level of support. We accept people on substitute medication if required, with an expectation of being free from Class A drugs after admission. We can accept people at the beginning of an alcohol detox. We provide in-house recovery groups, counselling, and stabilisation activities.
